Care, clarity & change together
You’re ready for things to be different, and I’m here to help you take that first step.
For over 25 years, I’ve supported adults and adolescents navigating challenges such as anxiety, grief, disabilities, life transitions, depression, identity, and trauma in both clinical and educational settings.
Having served as a therapist, school social worker, and in multiple school leadership roles, including Assistant Superintendent, Principal, Associate Principal, and Dean, I bring deep insight into how schools operate, while also providing the compassionate therapeutic support families, parents and educators need.
I am also passionate about helping caregivers protect their health and resilience, both personal caregivers, such as parents and family members, and professional caregivers, including educators, mental health providers, leaders, and medical providers.
Clients describe me as compassionate and deeply attuned, blending empathy, insight, humor, and action so they feel truly seen and heard. I offer therapy in Spanish and English, using proven, strengths-based approaches to guide you toward healing and meaningful change.
